Jimmy John’s is looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our fast-paced, high-energy team! As an MIT, you’ll learn everything you need to know to run one of our stores like a pro. You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced managers and quickly grow into a leadership role within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing all aspects of store operations
  • Learn and apply Jimmy John’s operational systems and procedures
  • Deliver world-class customer service
  • Lead and motivate team members to meet performance goals
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and labor controls
  • Enforce quality standards and food safety procedures
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training crew members
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
