Waves Express Car Wash-voted Best of South Carolina and Best of the Upstate-is seeking a dependable, adaptable On-Call Manager-in-Training to support multiple locations across the Upstate.
This is not a traditional set-schedule position.
We are looking for a flexible, reliable leader who can step in to cover shifts at various locations when business demands spike or when emergency coverage is needed-sometimes with short notice.
Because of the flexibility and responsibility required, this position offers premium hourly pay ($20-$23/hr).
What This Role Looks Like
As a Floating Manager-in-Training, you will:
  • Travel between locations as needed to provide management coverage
  • Step into leadership roles during busy or short-staffed shifts
  • Lead teams confidently and maintain operational standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive Wash Club sales
  • Manage opening/closing procedures
  • Oversee cleanliness, inventory, and minor maintenance
  • Jump in hands-on to keep operations running smoothly
  • Represent company culture and leadership standards at every site

This role requires independence, maturity, and strong decision-making skills.
