Job description

Building the training, content, and tools sellers need to win.  The Sales Enablement Manager designs and delivers the onboarding, training, content, and coaching programs that make sellers effective from day one and continuously sharper over time. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure the sales team has the messaging, tools, and skills needed to execute the GTM strategy

  • Design and deliver new-hire onboarding curricula and ongoing skills-development programs for the sales team
  • Build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Coach and reinforce sales methodology, messaging, and best practices through live and asynchronous training
  • Manage the enablement content library and learning platform ensuring materials stay current
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill and knowledge gaps, and design targeted interventions
  • Coordinate product launch enablement in partnership with the GTM Program Manager and Product Marketing
  • Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs on ramp time, quota attainment, and win rates
  • Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with Foundever Associate Agreement
  • Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company’s policy

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or direct B2B sales
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners
  • Strong content development and instructional design skills
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with enablement platforms and LMS tools
  • Certification or deep familiarity with a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message) Preferred
  • Prior sales strategy or sales enablement experience
  • Curriculum and content design
  • Facilitation and coaching
  • Sales methodology expertise
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product
