Position Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for strengthening the effectiveness and success of Blue Line Solutions' Sales organization by providing the training, tools, resources, processes, outreach, and support necessary to drive business growth.
This position serves as a key resource for the Sales team and works closely with Sales leadership to improve onboarding and development, strengthen sales processes, support prospecting and outreach efforts, maintain effective use of Salesforce, and ensure Sales representatives have the information and resources necessary to successfully engage prospective customers.
The Sales Enablement Manager will also support outreach to law enforcement agencies, municipalities, school districts, government officials, associations, and other prospective partners while helping develop repeatable processes that allow the Sales organization to scale effectively.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, relationship-building, training, sales, and organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement, Training amp; Development
  • Develop and coordinate structured onboarding and training for new Sales employees.
  • Provide ongoing training related to Blue Line products, services, systems, processes, messaging, and Sales expectations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and internal subject matter experts to ensure Sales employees have a strong understanding of company solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Sales playbooks, training materials, presentations, guides, and other resources.
  • Identify training gaps and opportunities to improve individual and team effectiveness.
  • Support ongoing coaching, call reviews, deal reviews, and professional development.
  • Help create consistency in how Blue Line Solutions and its products and services are presented to prospective customers.
  • Coordinate refresher training as products, technology, legislation, processes, or company initiatives change.
Outreach amp; Business Development
  • Support outbound outreach to law enforcement agencies, municipalities, school districts, government officials, associations, and other prospective customers.
  • Research and identify agencies, communities, markets, and other potential Sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, conferences, referrals, and other appropriate channels.
  • Assist with generating qualified meetings and opportunities for Regional Sales Managers.
  • Work with Sales leadership to develop targeted outreach strategies for specific territories, states, customer groups, or initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling introductory meetings, demonstrations, presentations, and other Sales activities.
  • Coordinate follow-up from inbound leads, referrals, conferences, marketing efforts, and other business development activities.
  • Ensure outreach activities and opportunities are appropriately documented and followed through to completion.
Salesforce amp; Sales Operations
  • Support the day-to-day administration and effective use of Salesforce across the Sales organization.
  • Promote consistent and accurate documentation of leads, contacts, opportunities, activities, next steps, and other Sales information.
  • Help maintain data accuracy and overall CRM organization.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into Sales activity, pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
  • Work with Sales leadership to identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and utilization.
  • Support Sales tools and technology used for prospecting, outreach, reporting, and business development.
  • Help establish consistent processes and expectations for CRM usage across the Sales team.
Sales Process amp; Pipeline Support
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized Sales processes.
  • Help establish clear expectations and processes throughout the Sales cycle, from initial outreach through customer handoff.
  • Assist Sales leadership with pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and follow-up.
  • Help ensure opportunities have appropriate next steps, ownership, and supporting documentation.
  • Track Sales activities and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and Sales effectiveness.
  • Help build repeatable and scalable Sales processes as the organization continues to grow.
Account amp; Relationship Support
  • Support relationships with existing and prospective agency customers as needed.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for program expansion and additional services.
  • Help coordinate communication between Sales, customers, and internal departments.
  • Support customer follow-up and help ensure outstanding needs or requests are appropriately routed and addressed.
  • Develop strong working relationships with law enforcement agencies, municipalities, government officials, and other industry partners.
Conferences amp; Industry Engagement
  • Support Sales participation in conferences, association meetings, trade shows, and other industry events.
  • Help identify prospective customers and outreach opportunities prior to events.
  • Assist with preparing Sales representatives with attendee information, talking points, presentations, and other necessary resources.
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
  • Attend conferences, customer meetings, training events, or other industry events as needed.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize opportunities generated through company events and industry participation.
  • Ensure leads and relationships developed through events are appropriately documented and followed up on.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Deployment, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal departments.
  • Help improve communication and information sharing between Sales and other areas of the organization.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to ensure the Sales team receives accurate and timely information.
  • Communicate product updates, operational changes, new initiatives, and other information impacting Sales.
  • Partner with Marketing on Sales materials, campaigns, case studies, conference follow-up, and other resources.
  • Help ensure information and commitments communicated during the Sales process align with company capabilities.
Qualifications
Education amp; Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Public Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, business development, training, account management, outreach, or a related field.
  • Experience working with or supporting a Sales organization.
  • Experience developing or delivering training, presentations, onboarding, or professional development.
  • Experience with customer outreach, prospecting, or relationship development.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Experience developing processes, documentation, presentations, or Sales resources.

Reporting Relationships
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and works closely with Regional Sales Managers and other members of the Sales organization.
The Sales Enablement Manager also partners closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Deployment, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure the Sales team has the training, tools, information, and support necessary to be successful.
