What You'll Do The Life Enrichment Director plans, organizes, and implements all community-sponsored programs for our elders and their families while enriching the elders' lives by promoting elder socialization, expanding their personal interests, increasing their physical activity, and continuing their education. As a Life Enrichment Director, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks.

Here are some general expectations: Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Dining Services, Wellness Team, Maintenance, and Administrator to plan, coordinate and implement resident life enrichment programming. Keep records of resident activity. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, Model the Compass Senior Living Leadership Values.

Develop a plan and coordinate the community volunteer program. Plan, implement, print, and distributes a monthly calendar. What You'll Bring You will bring the desire and talent to work with a high-functioning, empowered team.

You will bring compassion, kindness, and the desire to work with elders and their families. You will bring computer literacy, savvy in social media, and proficiency in learning specified online programs. You will bring your organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a team environment.

You will bring your ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and be goal-directed. You will bring your ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will meet all health requirements as specified by state and/or federal regulations.

You will be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation. You will pass a criminal background check. You will have a valid driver's license.

You will be able to deal with difficult, sensitive, and confidential issues. You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
