What you can look forward to as a Workshop Training & Network Specialist
  • Deliver training in a variety of formats, including instructor-led, webinars, video and e-learning.
  • Work with various teams to ensure the training curriculum is current with each product release update.
  • Develop and maintain training content that can be used in in-person and online training, as well as e-learning modules and videos.
  • Participate in project teams to identify ongoing training needs and creative delivery methods.
  • Provide product expertise to internal and external customers enabling a comprehensive understanding of ZF's features and functionality.
  • Warranty processing and customer resolution Products Training curriculum and videos.
  • Remain current on industry trends and related technology.
  • Effectively manage training projects issues as necessary.
  • Deliver electric vehicle training per industry standards
  • Participate in ASE industry events

Please note, this is a REMOTE position. This person does NOT have to be based in Vernon Hills, IL. The ideal candidate will be based on the west coast in either NV, AZ, or OR.
Your profile as a Workshop Training & Network Specialist
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years technical product training.
  • Extensive Product and Market knowledge
  • Microsoft Office, and superior presentation skills a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and training development skills required.
  • Up to 75% Travel required
  • Experience working in automotive technology industry.
  • HV/Hybrid Vehicle training
