We are seeking a Technical Trainer to support team development through effective training, certification, and skill- building. This role is key to enhancing performance, ensuring safety, and fostering continuous learning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver daily technical training and support
  • Partner with leadership to support new hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training.
  • Conduct skill assessments, provide feedback, and track training progress.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning solutions while promoting safety.
  • Support hiring processes, conduct interviews, and train across all shifts as needed.
