Pinnacle Logistics is a leading provider of surface transportation, supply chain management, and related logistics services. We manage the shipments to and from over 40 freight terminals every day. We are growing rapidly and looking for enthusiastic, positive and talented people to join our customer service team.
Maintain current client relationship and identify new areas for new potential clients.
  • Contact potential new clients and establish a business relationship through cold calling and face to face meetings.
  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
  • Identify market trends and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Terminal Managers to create and implement strategic pricing for local markets.
  • Develop a book of business and keep Customer relationships Management (CRM) tool up to date to inform pipeline decision-making and prioritization.
  • Successfully grow tonnages for all of Pinnacle's products throughout the network.
  • Research the latest needs in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
  • Manage new business implementation along with operational team as well other support teams.
  • Train junior sales staff to grow sales and meet sales expectations.
  • Support operational teams in launching new services and/or products including new destination operations.
