Job description

Position Summary

The Director of Training & Safety is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Legacy Technology Lab's enterprise-wide training, safety, compliance, and operational excellence programs. This executive leader ensures that every employee, contractor, and drone pilot operates to the highest standards of professionalism, safety, regulatory compliance, and technical proficiency.

This position will establish and maintain standardized training programs, certification pathways, operational procedures, and safety management systems that support Legacy's nationwide commercial drone operations and future expansion into additional technology services.

The role serves as the organization's subject matter expert for operational readiness, workforce development, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture where safety and quality are fundamental to every mission.


Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop the company's long-term Training and Safety strategy.
  • Build and lead the Training & Safety Division.
