Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Position Introduction:
Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. The Training Senior is responsible for supporting the Training Supervisor in developing, delivering and evaluating learning for new Support Specialists and ongoing developing for existing staff. Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 24 months experience in a call center or front-line customer service

Department Preferences:
  • 12 months experience with Adult and Family Service Programs
  • 12 months experience with inbound phone support
  • 12 months training development and/or facilitation experience
