Are you passionate about helping people live stronger, healthier, and longer lives?
FitPlan Cape Cod is looking for an energetic, motivated Fitness Trainer to join our growing team. This is more than a traditional personal training position. You'll help clients improve their health through one-on-one coaching, small group training, and innovative wellness programs designed around the latest research in exercise science, longevity, and healthy aging.

What You'll Do
  • Provide individualized personal training programs for clients of all fitness levels.
  • Lead engaging small-group fitness classes.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of specialty programs such as:
    • Longevity Program
    • WaterShed Weight Loss Program
    • Balance & Fall Prevention Programs
    • Strength and Healthy Aging initiatives
  • Learn and deliver our unique aquatic fitness training methods (no prior experience required-we provide comprehensive training).
  • Perform fitness assessments and track client progress.
  • Motivate and educate clients while creating a welcoming, supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other health professionals as part of an integrated wellness team.

  • Certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine, or a comparable nationally recognized organization.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping people succeed.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys working with adults of all ages.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to continue learning.
  • Comfortable leading both individual and small-group training sessions.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with older adults.
  • Experience with corrective exercise or post-rehabilitation fitness.
  • Interest in longevity, performance, weight management, or behavior change coaching.
