Job description

The isolved Training & Development Specialist will be a key partner to departmental leaders, client-facing teams, and internal stakeholders-designing and delivering engaging virtual training that helps clients and employees confidently use the iSolved HCM platform. In this role, you'll translate complex system functionality into clear, practical guidance for audiences with varying levels of technical experience. You'll also support new-hire onboarding, contribute to sales demonstrations, and help communicate product releases to strengthen cross-functional collaboration across a primarily virtual workforce.

What you'll do

As our isolved Training & Development Specialist, you'll create training experiences that drive adoption, reduce friction, and build lasting confidence with iSolved across clients and internal teams.

  • Develop course materials for virtual group and 1:1 training sessions on iSolved HCM features and functionality.
  • Design, record, and produce online training videos and other digital learning content.
  • Introduce clients to new iSolved functionality through documentation, webinars, and customized group training.
  • Keep training resources current and aligned to product releases and best practices.
  • Translate complex iSolved workflows into clear, user-friendly guidance for learners with different technical skill levels.
  • Leverage iSolved University to build subject-matter expertise across payroll, HR, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with Sales to support HCM product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with Payroll Processing, HR Administration, Benefits Administration, and Implementation teams.
  • Build strong working relationships across a distributed, virtual team.
  • Host monthly internal webinars to share release updates with team members and clients.
  • Train internal staff on current and newly launched products and features.
