Reporting to the General Manager, The Xactimate Estimator and Compliance Technician will assist Project Managers in completing timely estimates and maintaining the Status and compliance requirements of each file.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 
The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.  The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require.  ServiceMaster Restore maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.
 
Scheduling

  • Assist in the completion of accurate Xactimate estimates 
  • Maintain compliance for each Insurance Provided as per their specific guidelines.
  • Update job statuses and keep projects in compliance.
  • Drive the KPI scores up through accurate and timely compliance tasks
  • Assist Junior Project Managers with day to day tasks
 
Communications

  •  Daily communication with Project Managers and PMA's as required to keep all assignments in compliance.
  • Weekly communication with General Manager to ensure projects are on time and compliant
 
Administration

  • Finalize estimates with the use of Fairline and Ask Aimee
  • Respond to and  correct any non compliance issues with Adjusters and Reviewers
  • Help schedule projects with Junior PMA's 
  • General duties to keep the business running efficiently
 
General

  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance 
  • Establish positive rapport with Reviewers and Project Managers
  • Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
  • Adherence to all company workplace policies

  • Xactimate training or experience
  • Familiarity with Managed Service companies such as Contractor Connection

Wage will be based on prior experience levels in the industry
