The RN: Training & Development Manager provides leadership and oversight for nursing education, clinical competency, orientation, professional development, and regulatory training within the skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Training and Development Manager RN provides leadership and oversight for nursing education, clinical competency, orientation, professional development, and regulatory training within the skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
