What You'll Be Doing


Learning the Business

  • This is a growth role; for growing into an Account Executive role. The first 6-12 months will be spent learning the business, building a pipeline of prospects and starting the sales process.
  • Upon completion of training, you will grow into a role where you will maintain your base salary and earn high commissions on sales.


Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Generate new business through calls, emails, social media engagement, referrals, and industry events.


Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business objectives.
  • Introduce additional products and services to support account growth and customer retention.


Consultative Sales

  • Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored packaging solutions
  • Clearly communicate product capabilities, benefits, and value propositions
  • Guide prospects through the sales process from initial engagement through to closing.


Territory & Market Management

  • Manage and grow business throughout the Tri-State market.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitors actively.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase penetration within target accounts.


Sales Operations & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting within CRM platforms.
  • Track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align outreach efforts and maximize lead conversion.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecasts, and business development activities.
