Responsibilities
  • Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
  • Assisting with Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
  • Assisting with Ongoing team training
  • Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
  • Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
  • Maintaining a clean and organized salon
  • Cash handling, opening/closing business
  • Track goals and performance metrics

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Leadership/Management experience helpful
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
