About the Role
D1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise focused on helping athletes of all ages reach their goals, both on and off the field. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator who excels at appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.
What You’ll Do
  • Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
  • Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
  • Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
  • Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
  • Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community
