ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Thacher Restaurant Group, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll help build a high-performing team by coaching leaders, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth. This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities.

  • Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
  • Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
  • Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
  • Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
