About the Role:
Join the KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Part-Time Closer! This exciting role from 1 PM to 6 PM allows you to make a difference in the lives of children while working in a nurturing and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a smooth transition during closing hours, providing exceptional customer service to parents and children.
  • Supervise and engage with children in a safe and enriching environment.
  • Assist in the daily cleaning and organization of classrooms and common areas.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and any important updates.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure all activities are completed and facilities are secured.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily attendance and incident reports.
  • Support the development and implementation of educational activities.
  • Uphold the KIDS 'R' KIDS standards of excellence in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
