CampusGuard is seeking a motivated and creative Instructional Design & Training Development Intern to assist with the design, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and professional development training materials.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience developing online learning content for thousands of end users across colleges, universities, healthcare organizations, and other customers. The selected candidate will work alongside instructional designers, product leaders, cybersecurity experts, and compliance professionals to develop engaging online training experiences.
The intern will participate in the full instructional design lifecycle, from content planning and storyboard creation through multimedia development, accessibility validation, quality assurance, and course deployment.

Course Development

  • Assist with development of online learning modules and microlearning content

  • Create storyboards and instructional content outlines

  • Design learner interactions, knowledge checks, and assessments

  • Update existing training materials based on regulatory and industry changes

  • Support annual maintenance and review of course content

Multimedia Development

  • Create graphics, visual assets, infographics, and supporting materials
