Job description

Education, Training, & Development Coordinator

The Education, Training, and Development Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and administration of learning and development programs to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality training delivery across the organization. Serving as a central point of coordination, this role manages schedules, resources, systems, and communications to enhance the learner experience and support successful program execution. The position also contributes to learning operations by maintaining training records, preparing reports, analyzing learning data and trends, and developing materials that provide leaders with visibility into training progress and opportunities. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive support, the coordinator helps drive operational excellence and informed decision-making within the organization's learning and development initiatives.
Job Duties

  • Plan and manage logistics for training programs, including scheduling sessions, securing facilitators, communicating with participants, reserving space, and coordinating deliverables

  • Maintain organized records, including rosters, of training activities, documentation, and resources for ease of access and audit readiness

  • Act as a visible point of connection for AAA University, engaging with learners to facilitate access to training facilities and create a positive, professional experience

  • Coordinate project tracking and updates on learning programs (ie following up with designers on project tasks)

  • Support quarterly business review (Advisory Board Meeting) preparation by developing insights, synthesizing training data, and creating clear, actionable presentation materials that highlight trends, progress, and opportunities

  • Maintain records of trainer skills and certifications in applicable software

  • Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., scheduling conflicts, system errors, access issues) to minimize disruption

  • Analyze feedback, evaluation, and productivity data to identify opportunities to improve learning delivery, resource allocation, logistics, and learner engagement

  • Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, and tracking

  • Continuously improve administrative processes and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance the overall learning experience


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Human Resources Management Preferred

  • Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred

  • 4-6 years Experience coordinating large-scale programs, events, or projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and many moving parts Preferred

  • Experience supporting reporting, dashboards, or presentation materials for leadership, such as business reviews or program updates

  • Ability to interpret and summarize data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and follow-through

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with employees at all levels

  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to enhance efficiency and consistency

  • Demonstrates a professional and positive presence, serving as a visible representative of the department and creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for learners

  • Strong working proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Experience supporting learning and development, training operations, HR programs, or a related function preferred

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) preferred
