Administrator - Join Our ABA Therapy Family!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location: Onsite - Northville, MI
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18-$19/hour
Are you a natural at juggling calendars and matching the right people to the right time slots? Our ABA therapy clinic is looking for a Center Administrator whose primary role is scheduling. Are you someone who's done this before and knows how to keep coverage tight when plans change?
We are looking for someone with real experience scheduling staff against client caseloads, matching availability, managing cancellations, filling last minute gaps, and keeping everyone informed; ideally in an ABA setting, or a home care environment scheduling caregivers to clients.
What You'll Do
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Own daily scheduling for clients and staff, keeping ABA therapy sessions running like clockwork
  • Match staff availability and qualifications to client needs
  • Serve as go-to scheduler when cancellations, absences, or last-minute changes come up
  • Keep families and staff informed with clear, timely updates
  • Track patterns in cancellations/availability to proactively prevent gaps

Front Desk & Family Support
  • Greet clients and families; answer phones and emails
  • Support a welcoming, organized clinic atmosphere

Clinic Organization
  • Help keep therapy rooms stocked and ready; flag supply needs to leadership

What We're Looking For
  • Required: Proven experience scheduling staff against client appointments/caseloads. ABA clinic, home care agency, staffing agency, or similar service-coordination experience.
  • Ideal: ABA scheduling experience specifically (matching RBTs/BTs to sessions)
  • Also strong: Home care or home health scheduling (matching caregivers to client visits)
  • Comfortable with scheduling software and a live, shifting calendar
  • Excellent communication skills; calm under pressure when plans shift last minute
  • Healthcare/ABA experience a plus, not required. We'll train the right scheduler on our systems
