Job description

At Real Property Management Seacoast NH, we donโ€™t just offer jobs โ€” we build careers. As a franchisee of one of the largest residential property management companies in the United States, we bring proven systems, national-level training, and deep local expertise to everything we do. Weโ€™re growing, and weโ€™re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help lead that growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary $48,000 โ€“ $58,000 Plus Commission + Bonus. There is plenty of upside. Strong performers should look for this base only to be less than 50% of their comp.

Health & Dental Insurance

โ˜… Not yet licensed? No problem. Weโ€™ll help fund your NH Real Estate license so you can hit the ground running.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager is the primary engine behind growing our client base. Youโ€™ll build relationships grounded in trust, develop referral pipelines across departments, and represent RPM Seacoast NH as a credible, knowledgeable partner in the local real estate community.

This role is as much about integrity as it is about hustle. Youโ€™ll be a fearless networker with sharp negotiation instincts โ€” someone who can walk into any room, earn trust quickly, and convert relationships into long-term contracts. You must be comfortable building a pipeline, making calls and following up. You must be structured and consistent. You should expect to make daily outbound activity.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

โ€ข    Proven, verifiable success selling managed service contracts or high-trust consultative sales

โ€ข    Top-tier prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills

โ€ข    Experience managing cross-departmental referrals and partnerships

โ€ข    Strong time management and self-direction โ€” you hold yourself accountable

โ€ข    Knowledge of the Seacoast NH market and local real estate landscape

โ€ข    Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with CRM or property management tools a plus

If you are newer to business development and sales, we will train the right candidate.

Real Property Management Seacoast NH is an equal opportunity employer. We believe great people make great companies โ€” and we invest in ours.
