The opportunity

Ready to help learning happen at scale? Join our team in Alamo, TN as a Training & Development Analyst, where you'll play a key role in keeping training organized, accessible, and impactful.

In this role, you'll bring structure to the learning experience. You'll manage training records, support the Learning Management System, coordinate schedules, and help ensure employees have what they need to complete required training on time. Your work will directly support compliance, employee development, and smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to create a better experience for others. You'll collaborate across teams, solve problems quickly, and turn training data into useful insights. How you'll make an impact

  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System with accuracy.

  • Keep training records, completions, and certifications up to date.

  • Coordinate training sessions, schedules, materials, and notifications.

  • Generate reports on training activity, metrics, and compliance progress.

  • Support employees with LMS access and course enrollment questions.

  • Prepare and distribute training resources for scheduled sessions.

  • Track required training to help ensure deadlines are met.

  • Identify ways to improve training processes and data accuracy.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, project management, data management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or data management.

  • Experience working in a corporate or industrial environment.

  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.

  • Experience with reporting, compliance tracking, or regulated environments is a plus.
