Job Description Maintain and update MS Access database for tracking training records and generating reports for all Fluor Nuclear Power personnel Serve as Fluor University Administrator for employee training completions, curriculum assignments, and training item updates Monitor and assign training based on procedure changes, employee roles, and regulatory requirements Update and notify employees of newly issued or revised Nuclear-specific or project procedures Track training due dates and ensure timely completions; follow up with individuals/management as needed Collaborate with department managers and SMEs to ensure training requirements are current and met Experience with modern training development tools/software such as Adobe Captivate or similar platforms used to create interactive learning content to replace or enhance PowerPoint-based training Support audit readiness and maintain compliance with applicable procedures and industry regulations Update and distribute daily training status reports to project and functional leadership Basic Job Requirements A combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements Must be able to provide proof of U.S
