Job Summary

The Sales Development Specialist at Brock Partners is responsible for initiating and receiving calls, engaging prospective clients, and maintaining the conversation until a licensed agent is available to take over. This role is essential to maximizing sales opportunities by ensuring a smooth and successful handoff to agents.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to initiate contact and verify interest.

- Receive inbound calls and gather basic client information before transferring.

- Keep clients engaged and on the line until an agent is ready.

- Follow approved scripts and maintain compliance with internal and carrier guidelines.

- Transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents in real time.

- Document call activity, outcomes, and transfer metrics in CRM systems.

- Communicate effectively with agents regarding lead flow and call status.

- Perform daily lead follow-ups and assist with re-dials and priority lead management.

Qualifications

- Call center, telemarketing, or phonebased customer service experience preferred.
