Job Summary
Pilsen Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Training Analyst conduct comprehensive analyses of training needs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. The Training Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices in behavioral health care
Responsibilities
  • Training support and delivery of effective sessions by providing guidance, resources, and feedback
  • Ensures consistency and compliance in training delivery
  • Analyze data to generate insights and communicates outcomes
  • Resource standardization and feedback
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various departments to identify organizational training needs and priorities
  • Adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment and coordinating with various departments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
