Job Title: Salesforce/SQL Data Reconciliation Specialist
Location: Fully Remote, US-based anywhere
Contract Type: 1 year+
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The position is 100% fully remote and can be located anywhere in the Unites States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing and executing the movement of large data volumes within Salesforce and SQL Server. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration, integration, and synchronization using various tools and platforms. This is very much a hands-on position.
Responsibilities/Qualifications/Skills:
Salesforce/SQL Data Reconciliation Specialist
Essential: Bulk Data Movement: Proficiency in using tools like Salesforce Bulk API, Data Loader, and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) to efficiently transfer large volumes of data.
Nice to have: Integration Tools: Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend for seamless data migration and synchronization.
Nice to have: Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize data transfer processes to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Custom Objects - Experienced in Import/Export of Custom Objects and Related Data Requirements
Custom Objects: Expertise in creating, managing, and migrating custom objects within Salesforce.
Data Requirements: Understanding of data schema, relationships, and dependencies to ensure accurate data import/export.
Tools: Proficiency in using Salesforce tools like Data Import Wizard and Data Loader for handling custom objects.
SOQL - Experience in Writing Custom Queries in SOQL, Navigating Object Relationships
Essential: SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language): Strong ability to write complex queries to retrieve and manipulate data within Salesforce.
Nice to have: Object Relationships: Deep understanding of Salesforce object relationships (e.g., master-detail, lookup) to effectively navigate and query data.
Nice to have: Query Optimization: Skills in optimizing SOQL queries for performance and efficiency.
SSIS - very strong experience required
Essential: SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services): Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying SSIS packages for data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Essential: Data Transformation: Ability to transform data between different formats and systems using SSIS.
Essential: Error Handling: Proficiency in implementing robust error handling and logging mechanisms within SSIS packages.
Additional considerations (nice to have)
Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I can be advantageous.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Project Experience: Practical experience with real-world projects involving data migration, integration, and management within Salesforce.
