Job description

Remote
Leads the enterprise Epic training program across the client, overseeing training strategy, curriculum, staff, readiness, and effectiveness for Epic implementations, upgrades, workflow changes, and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Epic training team, including trainers, curriculum development, and training operations.
Develop and maintain enterprise Epic training strategies, curricula, materials, and training standards.
Coordinate training activities for Epic upgrades, implementations, workflow changes, and new functionality.
Partner with Epic application managers, analysts, clinical/business leaders, and governance groups to assess training needs and readiness.
Establish training plans, schedules, communications, and readiness milestones for system changes.
Monitor training completion, effectiveness, competency, and user feedback; develop corrective actions as needed.
Ensure training content aligns with approved Epic workflows, organizational policies, and operational requirements.
Support go-live and post-go-live training activities, including at-the-elbow support when appropriate.
Standardize training processes across DSOHF facilities while accommodating differences in behavioral health, long-term care, developmental disability, and other clinical environments.
Provide regular status reporting, performance metrics, risks, and recommendations to Epic leadership.
