As a Manufacturing/Process Trainee in Valeo Mondovi you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker Companies, in the automotive product development field, working in an international and multicultural environment.

Mission:
- Participate in on-the-job training across assembly department.
- Assist in operating various machinery and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot common production issues, contributing to problem-solving efforts.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to optimize production processes.
- Assist in data collection and analysis related to production performance, quality metrics, and material usage.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of manufacturing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following 5S principles.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
