Med Tech Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Med Tech to join our healthcare team at Fountains at Mill Cove, a vibrant and dynamic Senior Living Center located in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Med Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Med Tech Responsibilities:

• Assist with the delivery of high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Record vital signs, monitor medical equipment, and perform basic lab tests as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Clean and maintain patient rooms, equipment, and supplies
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities

Med Tech Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Medical Technician in Assisted Living is preferred, new graduates welcome to apply!
• Current certification as a Medical Technician in Florida
