Transitioning from trainee to technician involves gaining certifications and hands-on experience in industrial environments.

What are some common challenges faced by trainee maintenance professionals during their initial months on the job?

Trainee Maintenance professionals often encounter challenges such as adapting to a fast-paced work environment, learning to troubleshoot a wide range of equipment, and understanding safety protocols. They may also need to quickly familiarize themselves with various tools and maintenance management systems while working under the supervision of experienced technicians.
