Sisal is seeking an Affiliate Analyst Trainee motivated to grow professionally and develop expertise in a data-driven environment. You will join the Analysis Affiliation team to support analytical activities.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze affiliate partner performance through quantitative and qualitative KPIs

  • Evaluate affiliate profitability considering costs, incentives, and margins

  • Produce ad-hoc analyses to identify and report anomalies or performance drops

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards

  • Integrate data from affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and internal databases

  • Define requirements for customized dashboards in Qlik

  • Prepare slides, presentations, and summary reports
