Job description

Continental Cup is looking for an experienced Wide Web Flexographic Printing Press Operator on 2nd shift.  Join our growing team! 
 
As a Printing Press Operator, you are responsible for operating a state-of-the-art Central Impression Flexographic Printing Press to produce and maintain excellent quality at high speeds. 
 
***GENEROUS SIGN-ON BONUS*** 
 
Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm 
 
Compensation: $28.00 plus per hour; based on skills and experience 
 
What You’ll Do 
  • Quick roll changes to reduce downtime 
  • Wash and clean ink pots 
  • Maintain a clean press area 
  • Input production data into a production/inventory management program 
  • Set up to 8-color jobs, mount printing plates, and maintain color with an X-rite Spectrometer 
  • Safely operate printing press with excellent quality for each job run throughout your shift 
  • Follow all SQF guidelines and requirements to maintain our certification 
What We’re looking For: 
  • Prior Flexographic Printing experience is required 
  • Great attention to detail 
  • Willingness to learn the most efficient way to get the job done 
  • Eager to work overtime on weekends if needed 
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., stand, walk, climb, squat, and bend for up to 8+ hours a day, as the job demands
