Fire Sprinkler Inspector Trainee

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The fire sprinkler inspector trainee's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Interacting with clients, site contacts, and fire department officials
Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems
Assess the need for repair and maintenance
Create inspection reports

Requirments:
Clean driving record (will travel 80% of the time).
Ability to utilize hand tools
Mechanical aptitude a plus
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
Capable of performing physical labor, carry equipment and tools up to 75-90 lbs
Capable of walking, climbing, and moderate physical activity
The ideal candidate will have a good positive attitude, be self-motivated, accurate, detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
Once trained, ability to work independently without supervision

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate's Degree or higher
Bachelor's Degree a plus

Job Type:

  • Full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday
  • 40 hours a week
