Basic Job Functions:

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

TMR is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist with the payment of outside carier invoices and driver payrol, maintain all TMR Driver Qualification files, maintain rates and fuel surcharge changes in SAP, completing and annual reports for corporate and other departments, managing the ordering of permits and  monthly and annual reports for corporate and other departments, managing the ordering of permits and performing other administrative duties as needed. The Logistics Coordinator will be required to cross-train in other logistics positions and may be called upon to perform other duties as required. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within TMR; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

   Bachelor's Degree or three (3) years of direct work experience
   One (1) year of traffic, logistics, or other relevant experience
   Willing and able to travel for training and benchmarking as needed

Preferences:

   Previous experience using Excel, Word and other Microsoft Programs
   Previous experience using SAP
   Commercial logistics experience
