We're Hiring. MAPCARGO Global Logistics is looking for motivated professionals to join our team. Positions:

  • Logistic specialist Entry level
  • Logistic Specialist Senior Level


What You'll Do

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

  • Manage export shipments from booking through final departure.
  • Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, truckers, and other service providers.
  • Prepare and review documentation, including commercial invoices and other required docs.
  • Coordinate cargo pickup, delivery to terminal/warehouse, and shipment cut-off requirements.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates, delays, and exceptions.
  • Review rates, charges, and shipment details for accuracy.
  • Assist with resolving operational issues and customer requests.
  • Ensure shipments are handled in accordance with carrier, customer, and regulatory rules.
  • All other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Export operations experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Experience with a freight-forwarding operating system, Cargowise, is a plus.


Air Export Position

Candidates should have a good understanding of:

  • Airline bookings and cargo cut-offs
  • Air Waybills (MAWB/HAWB)
  • Airline schedules and routing
  • Export documentation
  • Pickup and warehouse coordination
  • International airfreight procedures

Ocean Export Position

Candidates should have a good understanding of:

  • Ocean bookings and vessel schedules
  • FCL/LCL shipments
  • Bill of Lading procedures
  • CY/CFS cut-offs
  • Container and drayage coordination
  • Export documentation and international ocean freight procedures


Import Position

Candidates should have a good understanding of:

  • Airline bookings and 1C or 1D cargo clearance and releases.
  • Air Waybills or Ocean bill of Lading
  • schedules and routing
  • Import documentation
  • Monitor and coordinate with Customs Broker & terminal
  • all other aspects
