Job Title: Single Card Inventory Specialist
Location: Monmouth Cards (Neptune, NJ - In-Office Role)
About Monmouth Cards:
Monmouth Cards is a leading name in the sports trading card industry, specializing in retail, e-commerce, and collectibles. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Single Card Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in processing single-card inventory, preparing submissions for grading companies, pricing cards for sale, and allocating inventory across our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Processing: Accurately enter, categorize, and track single-card inventory in our internal POS system.
  • Grading Submissions: Identify and prepare cards for grading with PSA, BGS, SGC, and other grading companies, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Pricing & Market Analysis: Research market trends to competitively price cards for retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and live sales.
  • Store Allocation: Distribute and manage card inventory across Monmouth Cards' retail locations based on demand and sales data.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all cards are accurately described, scanned, and protected in appropriate cases or sleeves.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and retail teams to ensure inventory is accurately reflected across all channels.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of sports trading cards, grading standards, and market trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to research and determine card values using platforms like eBay, 130Point, and CardLadder.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
