Warehouse Associate - Monmouth Cards (Tinton Falls, NJ) Location: Tinton Falls, NJ (In-Person, Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

is a fast-growing trading card & collectibles company dedicated to delivering top-quality products to collectors worldwide. We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team in Tinton Falls, NJ to assist in keeping our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sports trading cards, customer service, and has prior warehouse experience. As a key part of our warehouse team, you will help maintain warehouse operations, inventory replenishment, and assist with online order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack trading cards and other miscellaneous merchandise accurately and efficiently
  • Inventory: Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts and stock organization
  • Inventory Replenishment and Maintenance: Operate pallet jacks and handle incoming and outgoing pallets
  • Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company procedures and quality standards
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key with collectibles
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion
  • Comfortable standing and walking for the full shift
  • Experience with pallet jacks preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus
