Job description

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for an Executive Assistant / Marketing Coordinator based in Los Angeles, to support the Marketing team. We’re searching for a candidate who will provide support to multiple marketing executives as well as provide support to high-impact marketing projects.Fanatics Collectibles is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we are seeking someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment with minimal supervision and comfortable working across multiple time zones – domestic and international.

This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.

  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to other Senior Leaders for the CMO.
  • Manage and coordinate domestic & international travel and travel related activities (e.g. flights, hotels, car services, expense management) for the CMO.
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance (calendar & expense management) to other senior marketing leaders.
  • Provide marketing project management support in areas of special events, media and partnerships as appropriate.
  • Lead & organize staff and business meetings as needed including internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners.
  • Create and maintain executive marketing presentations as needed.
  • Works on special projects and other administrative matters as required.
  • Live the Marketing standards (Sense of urgency, Innovation, Calculated risk-taking, and Integrity) and lead by example.
Experience
  • 4 or more years supporting executives or management consultants in an administrative capacity
  • 2 or more years' experience (including structured internships/work placements) within a marketing team at a brand, or within an account management/strategy role within a marketing agency
  • Must have strong business acumen, be well-organized, have great time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated and highly organized to support day-to-day evolving tasks and projects within a team and independently
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Strong customer service orientation, with effective communication and the ability to handle both external and internal stakeholders with professionalism and maturity
  • Passionate about sports and/or knowledge of the trading card and collectibles space
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to create compelling and informative presentations
  • Degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred

The salary range for this position is $88,500 - $110,400, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new model and vision for the hobby, fundamentally changing the experience for current and future collectors, leagues, and players across many U.S. and international professional and college sports.
