Veriswap is a marketplace for swapping sports cards and Pokémon cards. Our mission is to allow users to trade cards wherever and whenever they are. As a rapidly growing marketplace, we are committed to delivering exceptional operational efficiency and an excellent customer experience.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to assist with the daily shipping operations of our hub located in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and/or Pokémon cards, coupled with experience in logistics.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Packing: Physically ship and pack outgoing packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery to designated recipients. Implement shipping protocols to maintain the integrity and safety of valuable items.
  • Intake and Inventory Management: Unpack packages containing sports and Pokémon cards. Ensure accurate logging and tracking of inventory using our inventory management system.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the condition of items entering and exiting the facility. Implement procedures to safeguard against loss, damage, or theft.

Requirements:
  • Local to Mountain View, CA or willing to commute daily
  • Experience in handling sports and/or Pokémon cards
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Availability on M-F 9-5
