Job description

A Reputable Law Firm is seeking to hire experienced Trademark Paralegals to join our growing practice. We have opportunities available for those with experience in portfolio management/prosecution, enforcement, and/or a combination of both. This position is for our Santa Fe Office.
Position Requirements :
Ideal applicants will possess experience in the managing large international trademark portfolios. Specific aspects of the position include managing a trademark docket; trademark prosecution including trademark searching, preparing applications, renewals and simple office action responses; managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel. Candidates should also have experience in coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents, chain of title assessment and clean-up and other due diligence matters.
Excellent computer skills are critical and experience with database management is desirable. Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus. The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, energetic and eager to learn, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and must enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Compensation and Expectations:
The compensation range for this office will be competitive with similar positions in the market. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance .
