IP/Trademark Paralegal Job Description

The IP/Trademark Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to the IP/Trademark team of our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IP law, as well as experience working with trademarks.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing trademark applications and registrations
  • Conducting trademark searches
  • Responding to trademark inquiries and oppositions
  • Managing trademark portfolios
  • Providing legal advice to clients on IP matters

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in an IP law firm or corporate IP department
  • Strong understanding of IP law, including trademarks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
