Trade Show & Revenue Activation Manager
Onsite in Louisville, KY M-F

Core Mission
Own the strategy, execution, and performance of trade shows and lead activation programs to accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen customer relationships, and improve sales conversion across distributor, direct, and partner channels.
Lead the activation, nurturing, and advancement of marketing-generated leads through automated and AI-assisted workflows that improve sales readiness and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Show Strategy & Execution (50-60%)
  • Develop and manage Lantech's North American trade show strategy and calendar
  • Lead cross-functional planning, timelines, vendor management, and onsite execution
  • Coordinate booth strategy, customer engagement experiences, and event messaging
  • Drive pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns and attendee engagement
  • Manage trade show ROI tracking, lead capture quality, and follow-up workflows
  • Build and maintain relationships with MHI, PMMI, distributors, and system partners
  • Align trade show initiatives with sales priorities, product launches, and growth objectives

Lead Activation & Revenue Nurturing (35-45%)
  • Build and manage lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the buyer journey
  • Develop automated workflows across CRM, email, AI tools, and digital channels
  • Create personalized engagement journeys aligned to customer interests and lifecycle stages
  • Implement lead follow-up, reactivation, and engagement workflows to improve conversion
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to identify stalled opportunities and accelerate pipeline progression
  • Track and report on lead engagement, conversion performance, and revenue influence
  • Own and manage Hubspot CRM platform for marketing; implement Hubspot tools and agents

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, trade shows, demand generation, sales enablement, or related commercial marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing large-scale trade shows and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign analytics
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events

Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel domestically for major North American trade shows, industry events, and occasional conferences
  • 2-3 major trade shows each year will require approximately one week of onsite support, including one annual show requiring up to two weeks of travel
  • Additional travel may include shorter trips for conferences, customer engagement, or industry events
  • Estimated travel: approximately 10-15% annually

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, packaging, or capital equipment industries
  • Experience supporting distributor, channel, or partner-based sales organizations
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing, workflow automation, and lead activation tools
  • Experience utilizing Hubspot to build, manage and improve lead conversion, engagement workflows, and sales readiness processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in scalable systems and continuous improvement
