Job description

Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department by ensuring the accuracy, organization, and integrity of marketing data, departmental documentation, processes, and project timelines. This position is responsible for maintaining information within Salesforce CRM, managing the document control process for all marketing collateral, generating reports, coordinating marketing assets and inventory, assisting with vendor documentation and invoice processing, and supporting other corporate initiatives.
This role also supports the development of presentations, reports, and marketing materials while utilizing Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring projects, data, and marketing operations run efficiently. A willingness to learn new systems and continuously improve processes is essential. Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required; candidates should demonstrate a strong aptitude and willingness to learn CRM platforms and other marketing technologies
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update marketing and sales information within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track leads, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics.
  • Assist with lead imports, data cleanup, campaign tracking, CRM maintenance, and KPI reporting.
  • Assist with the document control process for marketing collateral and maintain organized electronic files, templates, forms, and departmental records.
  • Coordinate vendor documentation, purchase requisitions, and invoice processing in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for marketing projects, corporate initiatives, and day-to-day departmental activities.
  • Coordinate internal marketing requests and assist with project coordination to support timely completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing literature, promotional items, trade show materials, and other marketing assets.
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, organization, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management.
  • Learn and become proficient in Salesforce.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
