Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate – Greenwood, INPay: $20.50/hourSchedule: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for our client in Greenwood, IN. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and industrial trucks to load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout warehouse and production areas while supporting inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and safe warehouse operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with forklift, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment with opportunities for long-term growth.


Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling
  • Load, unload, and transport pallets, crates, and goods between storage areas, loading docks, and transport vehicles
  • Safely move and stack materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
  • Support warehouse workflow and shipping operations through safe material handling practices
Inventory Control
  • Track inventory using RF scanning equipment
  • Fulfill picking, packing, wrapping, and shipment preparation requirements
  • Assist with inventory organization and inventory accuracy throughout warehouse operations
Equipment Maintenance
  • Perform daily forklift inspections including fluid levels, tire pressure, and general equipment safety checks
  • Report mechanical issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper operating procedures
Safety & Compliance
  • Secure loads properly before transport
  • Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures
  • Identify and report workplace hazards immediately
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
  • Work safely around heavy equipment and warehouse traffic while maintaining situational awareness

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Valid forklift certification or license preferred
  • Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to review shipping documentation
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
