Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and records
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
