We're excited to expand our team with an Audio Partnerships Strategist who will help Cozy Earth grow our podcast and audio presence. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about audio content and marketing, loves researching new opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a critical role in identifying new podcast partners, managing campaign logistics, and supporting the performance of our audio strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and source new podcast and audio opportunities that align with Cozy Earth's target audience and brand voice.
  • Manage outreach, communication, and initial vetting of potential podcast partners.
  • Coordinate contracts, promo code setup, and campaign deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update partnership trackers, performance reports, and budget documents.
  • Monitor live placements to ensure accurate messaging, timely airing, and proper attribution.
  • Collaborate with the Audio Marketing Manager on performance insights and strategy optimization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, media buying, or a related field (internships or agency experience welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and persuasive.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for audio content and emerging media trends.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively but can also take initiative independently.
