Responsibilities and Duties
  • Responsible for tracking inventory levels and conducting regular audits to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and match the records in the inventory management system.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation daily, including inventory logs, tracking sheets, and other reports to ensure that inventory data is accurate and up to date.
  • Responsible for conducting periodic cycle counts, including, but not limited to review of daily shorts, expiration reports, damages, inventory rotation and quality issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining records of large inventory counts, where accuracy is critical.
  • Record inventory data manually/electronically on a computer or handheld device.
  • Receives product from purchase orders accurately.
  • Ensuring that the paperwork matches the actual item received.
  • Reporting any inaccuracies between the two.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as fulfillment, purchasing, and sales to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that inventory policies are followed.
  • Reports all discrepancies, expirations, and damages to the Inventory Control Supervisor.
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience necessary. Some college education or inventory experience is preferred
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Good computer skills with understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to speak, write, and communicate in Spanish is a plus
