Teall Properties Group (TPG) believes in the high school experience and how it positively shapes our next generation. It is our mission to support this cause by connecting its community to organizations and brands that share in this belief. TPG is currently looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join the existing staff and assist with the fulfillment and management of New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) corporate partners.


The Account Coordinator will assist with the corporate sponsorship sales and fulfillment efforts around events organized by NYSPHSAA, maintaining and enhancing relationships with both the NYSPHSAA staff, its member schools and its corporate partners in creating new opportunities for brands in the region to connect with the high school sports community.  This individual will focus on fulfillment responsibilities associated with TPG's NYSPHSAA state association agreement, including managing activation at state championship events and driving additional revenue.


Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen relationships with corporate partners and oversee sponsor contract fulfillment, coordinating closely with sales executives on inventory availability, developing client-facing presentation materials, and managing seasonal and creative deadlines.
  • Work within TPG's CRM system and maintain records of all accounts and prospects
  • Build relationships with prospective clients while servicing current accounts to provide repeat business
  • Participate in game day events to share and highlight the high school sports experience with existing and potential sponsors
  • Actively research and prospect new sales leads through cold calling, networking and current relationships
  • Develop and present customized sponsorship advertising proposals that may include signage, radio, print, promotions and fan engagement strategies
  • Conduct yourself in way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and success
  • Maintain flexible work hours including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends

Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Highly motivated self-starter with strategic thinking skills
  • Positive attitude and desire to be successful while having fun within a professional and team-oriented environment
  • Passion for high school athletics
  • Previous sponsor fulfilment experience is preferred but not required (in high school, college, events, and/or sports conferences)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative design capabilities preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
